As someone who grew up eating at Chinese restaurants in LA, I can say China Garden gets it right. The moo shu pork is flavorful and comes with plenty of pancakes, and the crab rangoon is crispy and creamy. The dining room is always clean, and the staff is attentive. A must-visit in Chino Hills!
